Changsha Zhengyuan Power & Technology Co., Ltd its predecessor was Changsha Zhengyuan Engine Parts Factory that is the first piston ring manufacturer in China which established in 1943. Now it is a privately-owned joint-stock company established in January 2016 with a registered capital of 60 million Yuan.
Our company is a national high-tech enterprise, a "Specialized, Refined, Unique and Innovative" little giant enterprise in Hunan Province, and a vice chairman unit of the China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association (CICEIA). It holds 4 authorized invention patents, 8 utility model patents, and 1 science and technology plan project of Changsha City.
The company was the first in the same industry to introduce the hard chromium plating technology for piston rings from the British AE Company. Also, we have the design, manufacturing and testing technology for piston rings from the GOETZ Company in German.
It possesses over 1,000 sets of advanced production equipment and testing instruments for piston rings in the industry. The annual production capacity of piston rings is 20 million pieces, with cylinder diameters ranging from 15mm to 1327mm and over 1,000 varieties and specifications.
The products are involved in fields such as compressor, turbocharger, hydro cylinder, automobiles, diesel locomotives, construction machinery, agricultural machinery, generator sets, marine ships and vessels, and aircraft engines.
We provide products for over 30 domestic OEMs and more than 300 after-sales service parts companies. Meanwhile, the products are exported to the markets of Asia, Europe, America and Africa, and are sold in conjunction with the OEMs in these regions.
The company is one of the earliest enterprises in the machinery industry to achieve total quality management. It has successively passed the quality system certifications of GB/T19002-ISO9000, ISO/TS16949 and ISO/ITAF16949. It has successively won honors such as the "National Silver Award", "National Second-Class Enterprise", "Top 500 Largest Machinery Industrial Enterprises in China" released by the National Bureau of Statistics, and "Centennial Achievement Award of China's Internal Combustion Engine Industry".
